We know how overwhelming it is to receive the condo that you purchased several years ago based on beautiful 3D renderings that looked nothing like what you see at the walkthru.

Well, most of these units are delivered decorator's ready which means that they come with the kitchen and bathrooms only. Everything else must be planned out.
Basic requirements to make the unit livable are:
◾Interior and exterior floors
◾Baseboards
◾Decorative lighting fixtures for existing (random) J Boxes.
◾Closets
◾Window Treatment

Lately we have seen developers offering options of interior and exterior floors and baseboards in addition to kitchen and bathrooms. However, honestly, we are not sure how appealing that is as the options of materials are very limited and the floors create difficulty in case you wish to make ANY architectural modifications to the unit.

Regardless, finalising new condo units is one of our strong skills. We have done more than 400 decorator’s ready units in South Florida.

It can be an intense process to decide how far to go and properly make a condo truly yours and up to your standards.
Aside from the typical list above you should also consider:

◾Customized millwork (hiding all doors that face the social area of the unit for instance)
◾Accent wall finishes as wallpapers, stones, venetian plaster, etc.…
◾Proper lighting plan that elevates the wall finishes, ceilings, and furniture
◾Indoor and outdoor furniture
◾Fine and general wall art
◾Lighting, image, and sound automation.
◾And the cherry of the cake: Décor Staging❤️

In our projects we often display your favorite bottles in a gorgeous tray sitting on a (usually) 30” high table.
